The Senior Employee Relations Advisor is responsible to the Director of Workforce, SCSS for an industrial relations advisory and consultancy service to SCSS.  This will include representation of SCSS of all industrial matters including disputes and grievances.

The Senior Employee Relations Advisor is responsible for leading and driving industrial relations issues including change management process within SCSS. This includes support the individual reform agendas across SCSS.   The role will also be required to assist with consultation strategies for transitional phases and change processes.

As a member of the Workforce Team, the Senior Employee Relations Advisor will actively participate in strategic planning and decision making relevant to the SCSS business plan and ensure sustainable strategic relationships within the health portfolio and relevant stakeholder organisations.
