About the role

The People & Engagement Business Partner role is to provide management support, guidance and coaching services in the breadth of Human Resources to a specific workforce grouping. The role partners closely with Managers and Business Leaders to customise solutions that meet the workforce aspirations and support Cafs service outcomes. The role also assumes responsibility of a lead portfolio of a HR speciality function and guides the People and Engagement team in that function.

About you

You will have demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner or Generalist position. You will have passion and enthusiasm to provide high quality customer service that surprises and delights our teams at Cafs. You will have a deep knowledge of Human Resources contemporary practices encompassing recruitment, employee relations and management coaching and advisory services and provide timely and accurate advice to our teams. You will come with 5 years relevant professional HR Generalist or Business Partner experience.
