About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to Join the team in Northgate! In this role you will provide best practice human resources advice and support to the business to enable the site to meet its business goals. You will lead HR initiatives on site in order to drive the site and ANJ People strategy while also implementing and facilitating requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach, support and train managers/employees on effective and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support people leaders through people management processes e.g. disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence, performance management
  • Provide advice in the application of Employment Agreements
  • Provide assistance in the compiling of Employment Agreement variations
  • To provide sound/timely responses in order to minimise Kraft Heinz’s exposure to risk
  • Ensure Employment Agreements are complied with
  • Work with the Head P&P, Supply ANJ to negotiate Collective Employment Agreements
  • Ensure compliance with policies and legislative requirements
  • Ensure compliance to the recruitment process
  • Provide support to Hiring Managers e.g. assisting with shortlisting & interviewing
  • To identify and recommend improvements relating to HR processes to increase operational efficiencies whilst adopting industry practise
  • Engage in talent management processes in collaboration with L&D team (ie lead OPR and merit review on site)
  • Work with rewards team to understand site budget and ensure adherence throughout the year
  • Prepare monthly KPI data for MPR’s and develop action plans to support progress of KPI
  • Support escalations regarding payroll accuracy and employee enquiries
  • To maintain a future focus and work towards ensuring that local HR services are aligned with global and zone focus

About you:

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, and problem solve
  • Ability to be impartial and consider all points of view in any scenario
  • Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders.
  • Takes ownership and takes action
  • 3-5 years experience in a HR role
  • Experience within manufacturing/FMCG preferred
