We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Workforce Planning Administrator to join our Remuneration & Benefits team. Reporting into the Remuneration & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the timely, efficient and accurate processing of the Bulla’s payroll and workforce related activities and reporting processes.

The Payroll and Workforce Planning Administrator will provide professional and helpful interactions with employees on payroll and workforce planning related matters.

Our ideal candidate will have sound numeracy and analytical skills with an interest in both payroll and workforce planning legislation and processes

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • On-going maintenance of payroll systems.
  • Maintaining a wide variety of payroll information, files and records in written and electronic formats
  • Process increases and calculation of EBA and salaried changes.
  • End of Month processing and reconciliation.
  • Workcover processing and calculations.
  • Calculation and processing of termination payments.
  • End of year processing and reconciliation.
  • Conduct refresher training for workforce planning system users on a yearly basis.
  • Quarterly auditing of all EBA employees’ allowances with the relevant site and production leads.
  • EBA related employment, including employment paperwork, induction process and uploading employees onto the payroll systems.
  • Liaise with staff and management on payroll related queries.
  • Prepare and communicate reports to stakeholders.
  • Workforce planning system administration.
  • Leave planning, manage employee work schedules, rotations and availabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to EBA scheduling and compliance.
  • Work pattern analysis and requests.
  • Schedule analysis and optimisation.
  • Remote training of Workforce Ready program.
  • Remuneration & Benefits analysis and administration.

You will have:

  • Sound numeracy and analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Interest in payroll/workforce planning legislation and processes.
  • Capacity to effectively relate and communicate to people at all levels of the business.
  • Flexibility to handle a range of task with changing priorities.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Current Australian driver’s license and roadworthy vehicle.
