Who We Are

Adore Beauty is Australia’s longest-running online beauty store with over 250+ global brands and 13,000+ products ranging from budget to bougie. The company was started by Kate Morris in 2000, her vision was unique, to create a place where customers felt comfortable and in control of their own beauty journey.

Today, Adore Beauty is a bustling ASX listed, quick-paced, passion-driven company employing approx 170+ team members. Every team member at Adore Beauty brings something special to the company and its culture - that's what makes us unique. The team at Adore Beauty all live and breathe the company values: we work for each other; we do the right thing; we are always growing and we bring a positive energy to work each day. Does this sound like you? Great!

We’re in the business of people, but now the Adore Beauty People & Culture Team is looking for their own Captain to temporarily steer our ship. Ahoy! Just like days on the ocean, no two people or experiences at Adore Beauty are alike. Our future People Captain will have excellent navigational skills to steer our team’s ship to safe harbour, will know how to tackle waves both giant and gentle, as they support and inform our executive leadership team and will be the kind of Captain who leads by example as they live and breath the values of Adore Beauty.
