About the Role
Community Access Care Pty Ltd (CAC) is offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator your focus will be to deliver high quality:
Human Resources support and advice on employee matters with specific focus on advertising for new roles, position descriptions, screening suitable applicants, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, assisting line managers to complete probationary and annual performance reviews, performance management investigations/meetings, implementing and reviewing improvement plans, and offboarding of employees.
Quality support including general tasks such as internal audits, assisting to maintain the Quality Management System, review and updating of the continual improvement plan, templating of documents, and involvement in the preparation for external certification.
