Our People and Culture team is growing and we’re on the hunt for a hands on, energetic and practical People & Culture Advisor. This role will suit someone with some HR experience, looking to build on their generalist skillset who loves delivering people and culture initiatives that drive engagement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the People & Culture General Manager, the P&C Advisor is a newly created role, responsible for providing end to end HR support to our managers and contributing to the development and implementation of best practice people initiatives. Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing end to end HR support & advice to our managers and team members
  • Development and delivery of learning & development programs, including ownership for our Emerging Leaders program
  • Plan, communicate and deliver our engagement surveys, including full ownership of action plans and initiatives where required
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of our performance review cycles
  • Provide recruitment and talent support, including onboarding, talent pipelining and succession planning
  • Contribute to policy development and delivery
  • Work with the P&C team to analyse the need for, and propose fit for purpose people, culture & sustainability initiatives

ABOUT YOU

  • 3 years + experience working in a similar role. Broad generalist skills and knowledge but with a bent towards OD & L&D
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and awards
  • Experience with owning engagement & development programs
  • Tech savvy with a process improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems. Culture Amp experience advantageous
  • Enjoys being hands on and getting stuff done
  • Someone who is flexible, high degree of emotional intelligence and likes having fun
