About the job...

We are seeking a Full-Time People & Culture Advisor (Projects) to join our caring, compassionate, and friendly team. This role is fixed term until 19 January 2024, backfilling a period of parental leave. Our flexible and supportive work environment sets us apart, you can mix working from home and at the Milton office. You decide what works best for you!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead key HR projects and initiatives from planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring collaboration with the broader HR team and key internal stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, timelines and milestones and track progress against established goals.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged through regular communication during the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement in HR practice and processes.

About you...

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or similar.
  • Experience as a HR generalist with demonstrated ability in successfully leading HR projects.
  • Ability to research and evaluate contemporary and industry leading HR practices, research and analyse data to develop innovative HR project solutions.
  • Experience in the timely delivery of project outcomes ensuring set goals are achieved.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of HR practices, regulations and legislation.
  • High level attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player who is down-to-earth, caring and professional.

  • Current driver’s licence.
