Queensland Rail has robust processes in place to manage the Alcohol and Other Drugs and Fatigue Management programs. This allows Queensland Rail to provide a safe environment for its workers and allows workers to work safely and return home safely.
The Senior Fitness for Work Adviser plays an integral role in Queensland Rail to provide support and assistance to the Manager Rail Safety Systems in the development and implementation of Alcohol and Other Drugs and Fatigue Management programs; and to co-ordinate the administration of all Fitness for Work Standards and Specifications that encompasses administration of the alcohol and other drugs and the administration of fatigue.
We are looking for candidates who have extensive proven experience in a similar role in a large complex, transport related organisation. Previous experience as an Allied Health professional would be highly advantageous.
