Senior Knowledge Analyst

  • Salary from $100,555 to $110,861 (depending on experience) plus up to 15.4% superannuation.

Your team

Knowledge Management (KM) partners with key internal stakeholders to develop knowledge management practices which will capture and disseminate technical knowledge and encourage continuous business improvement.   These practices include promoting and maintaining KM databases of guidance, tools and templates, and facilitating knowledge capture from projects and forums.

Your role

As a senior Knowledge Analyst, you will be required to:

  • Work with the senior manager KM and stakeholders,  implement and report on the lessons learned program to ensure knowledge sharing and process improvement objectives are being met
  • Co-ordinate the contribution of subject matter experts to develop and maintain the precedents collection, LOAD, and the technical and procedures library
  • Participate on the KM Community of Practice (CoP) and knowledge management database working group to influence change in knowledge capture and knowledge sharing practices
  • Manage KM's communication strategy and channels including the KM SharePoint site, intranet site, discussion forums, regular communications to update and educate stakeholders on KM practices, and
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams to advise on and facilitate the use of KM practices.

About you

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in knowledge management in a legal, financial services or regulatory environment. You will be confident in presenting complex information to a range of audiences through strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
