Salary: AUD 104,985.00 - 119,314.00 per annum plus Superannuation (Remuneration stated is for the full-time position)
Employment status: Permanent
Employment arrangement: Full-time
Location: Sydney CBD
Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

The City of Sydney is seeking an organised and highly motivated Learning and Development professional with contracts management experience to join our Learning and Development Team that produces high quality corporate and specialised learning and development programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement, administration and performance management of Learning and Development contracts as well as service providers.
You will also be accountable for delivering high levels of governance, value for money, bench marking of services and ensuring that learning and development services are delivered in line with the contract terms.
To perform successfully in this role you will have the following skill sets:
- excellent negotiation, interpersonal and written communication skills
- experience and ability of managing relationships with contractors and engaging with a variety of stakeholders including performance/dispute resolution management, building and maintaining effective relationships
- ability to influence contractor performance in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- ability to develop new contracts, interpret contractual information and use analytical skills to review financial and usage data
- ability to monitor outcome and input-based specifications, including KPI data validation
- ability to work autonomously, under pressure and achieve strict deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
