The role of the Business Partner is to deliver high quality employee relations, case management services and provide specialist HR and IR guidance and advice. The Business Partner will be accountable for all case management activities while keeping in mind the City of Sydney's policies and legislative requirements. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate HR, your role will build people management capability in order to drive a high performance culture.

Some of the key accountabilities for this dynamic and hands on role include:

• Advising and manage cases up to and including those with a high level of complexity and sensitivity;
• Provide advise on industrial relations matters;
• Provide coaching and support to managers across all employee relations and people management matters;
• Partnering with businesses to develop and implement workforce strategies.
