Health and Safety Consultant

The Health and Safety Consultant position is designed to provide pivotal support to the Risk, Safety and Wellness (RSW) Manager and to help drive the commitment to RSW strategies across The Gordon.

The Health & Safety Consultant has three primary responsibilities;
1. Provide specialist advice to Managers and employees on Health & Safety issues
2. Implementation of the RSW system requirements across The Gordon.
3. Provide education, training and guidance of staff to ensure they understand The Gordon’s RSW objectives whilst ensuring continual improvement of RSW capability within each area in line with the RSW strategy and in synchronisation with The Gordon’s strategic plan.

This position requires a current Victorian Employment Working with Children Check.

You must hold permanent residency status in Australia or have a valid Work Visa to apply for this position.

The successful candidate will be required to comply with mandated vaccination requirements.

Benefits: $90,865 to $94,830 p.a. plus Superannuation

Employment: Full Time (38 hours per week) Ongoing
