The Goulburn Broken CMA is excited to offer an opportunity to join our successful, friendly organisation in a position that will further develop your Communications career in the Natural Resource Management Sector.

Communications Officer - Programs

We are seeking applications from enthusiastic people with experience in the communications field who are passionate about building community understanding of natural resource management projects.

This position will use your skills to primarily help implement the communication and engagement plans for our Farm Water and River & Wetland Health programs.

You will use your communications experience and flair to ensure that information about our programs is communicated in a timely, efficient and engaging way.

This will include understanding the goals of the organisation, identifying who our audience is, understanding how they need to access our information as well as communicating outcomes and successes of the programs through appropriate channels.

The successful applicant will be qualified in communications, journalism, marketing or a relevant business discipline, with consideration also given to those with natural resource management qualifications (including graduates) who have communications experience.

The successful applicant will have also have good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
