About the role
The newly created role of Wellbeing Advisor will operationalise initiatives supporting the integrated Health Safety and Wellbeing Strategy of WorkSafe Victoria

Duties include;

  • Developing programs and policies around wellbeing
  • Facilitation and presentation at wellbeing events, including aligning our initiatives to National /Local events
  • Work proactively with leaders to develop strategies and programs for specific teams to mitigate current and potential people related risks
  • Understanding and interpreting data to determine current and future trends and take proactive measures to develop a meaningful wellbeing plan for WorkSafe
  • Reporting on wellbeing issues pertaining to the business operation for Health Safety and Wellbeing committees as well as contributing to the planning and decision making process

About you

To be considered for the role you will be a qualified Allied Health professional and will possess;

  • Demonstrated experience creating , implementing and promoting wellbeing programs
  • Proven history developing mental health focused events and facilitating / co facilitating these
  • Knowledge of data / analytics to determine current and future trends and experience transforming this into tangible initiatives and outcomes
  • Superior relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to respond the needs of the business and work across a variety of locations as required
