Customer Experience Coordinator

About the role

WorkSafe has a clear ambition to be customer centric and prevention led - putting the customer at the core of everything we do is pivotal to successfully building WorkSafe's future.  At WorkSafe, we are adopting a more deliberate innovative, customer focus, developing a CX Centre of Excellence and new approaches and capabilities to keep all Victorians healthy, safe and well.  This role requires a passion for representing the customer and will provide coordination support to the team in the delivery of a broad range of programs to ensure the smooth running of the CX Centre of Excellence.

Some key accountabilities:

  • Provide coordination support to the CX team in the delivery of a broad range of initiatives.
  • Coordinate and develop presentations for key stakeholder presentations and workshops; in scoping, planning and resourcing initiatives; undertake desktop research tasks.
  • Monitor the CX activity against the CX Blueprint plan and prepare reporting for all initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve the CX processes, templates and artefacts.
  • Assist the CX team in planning and organising events and workshops.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with WorkSafe's service providers and vendors, including developing a thorough understanding of their capability, deliverables and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnership arrangements with key internal and external stakeholders and across the BAU and WorkSafe 2030 teams.
  • Identify improvements and provide recommendations, based on client interaction and changes to legislation, policies and procedures, to support the development and implementation of the CX Blueprint.
  • Provide advice on project implementation, facilitating resolution or escalating as appropriate.

About you

You are an experienced and proactive coordinator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships. You have the proven capability to meet strict timelines/deadlines and to self-manage.  Your verbal and written communication skills are highly developed and you pride youself on your high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.

More specifically you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a complex project coordination role (monitoring projects; building reports; prioritising, scoping and planning projects)
  • Experience in human centered design/design thinking, agile project methodology and/or working part of innovation projects/team
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and monitor defined frameworks and methodologies, ensuring good governance and adherence to process, but with the ability to be flexible as required
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as providing support to a broader project team
  • Experience in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in a relevant field such as Business, Commerce, and Project Management would be highly desirable.
