Learning & Capability Consultant 

About the role     

As the Learning & Capability Consultant, you will be designing, developing and implementing learning solutions that build organisational capability and support WorkSafe's business strategy and outcomes.

The role is responsible for building and facilitating learning initiatives and programs which drive the development of organisational technical capabilities to respond to organisational change and cultural transition. You will be:

  • Facilitating online hosted workshops and webinars to a wide range of internal audiences.
  • Curating and creating high quality accredited and non-accredited learning solutions based on research and contemporary practice for both internal and external audiences.
  • Partnering with business SMEs to create learning content that is engaging and relevant.
  • Creating digital learning assets including but not limited to elearning of varying interactivity levels, animations, videos, podcasts and infographics.

About you

As the successful candidate you encompass highly developed engagement skills with a broad range of stakeholders and proven facilitation experience along with:

  • You have experience designing and developing innovative learning strategies / solutions for a varied range of audiences within both accredited and non-accredited contexts.
  • Possess highly developed problem solving, analytical and critical thinking within the learning and development context.
  • Experience working independently as a specialist or with directly coaching & leading a smaller number of staff consisting of either direct reports or peers.
  • Proven experience in managing and successfully delivering multiple high profile projects.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Education, Training, Organisational Behaviour or Adult Education are required.
