We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of Culture, Leadership, and Learning. In this pivotal role, you will support the execution of the RBA’s People Strategy through delivering best in class talent, diversity, capability, and performance management strategies from design to implementation. You will help shape the future of organisational development at the RBA and will work in partnership with our Transformation Office to develop and optimise our culture and leadership strategies. 

Reporting to the Deputy Head of HR, this role will form part the Centre of Excellence within the HR division. The role will work closely with our senior leaders, People Leadership and HR Business Partnering teams to understand organisational needs and ensure solutions are aligned to the strategic goals of the RBA.

Your background

  • Collaborative and creative leader who can foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
  • Extensive experience in talent identification and the development of talent programs and succession strategies
  • Proven experience in implementing D&I initiatives in complex organisations
  • A client centric design approach, continuous improvement and process simplification mindset
  • Experience in designing and delivering comprehensive capability and learning strategies
  • Ability to build and implement HR communication strategies
  • Extensive experience in leading organisational development teams and a true passion for creating people strategies that deliver value and impact
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Qualifications- Degree in HR, Psychology, or related discipline
