I am currently working on a Search Assignment for a National HR Operations Manager, not too fussed on the title – Based in Sydney. Outstanding opportunity to move into an HRD role down the line. You will manage a handful of HR business partners and look after the day to day people & purpose strategy for the business, over 1000 staff. Employee engagement, facilitation, transformation, wellness projects and programs including IR & EBA negotiation skills would be handy but not 100% essential. You will manage the HR life cycle driven by continues improvement. Your character and personality will be vibrant with an attention to detail that enjoys face to face business talks a hands on approach is essential.
