Role Type: 1 year Full Time Fixed Term
Remuneration: $100K - $110K package including superannuation

The Role:

BKI is seeking an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner to join their team.

This position will effectively partner with BKI managers and employees providing services, advice and guidance to the business to enable them to meet their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Working in a team of experienced HR Business Partners, this position will be responsible for:

• Provide advice, coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on HR related matters
• Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Undertake projects and support HR team as required
• Analyse and develop initiatives around retention & engagement
• Support the management of employee relation matters including first line employee performance and disciplinary matters
• Support employee life-cycle processes including recruitment, on boarding, enhancing our recruitment experience, systems development and off boarding
• Develop and facilitate training for leaders on HR systems and processes
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

 Qualification:

Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a HR related area.  5+ years' experience in Human Resources (including recruitment) with at least two years working in a dedicated Business Partner role.
