About The Role:

We have an opportunity for a Senior TA Partner to join our team. This role sits within our People & Culture function, and is your opportunity to join a highly collaborative team, where you will play a strategic role in shaping the future talent of BKI.  

We are passionate about attracting, assessing, and selecting the right talent for BKI. This position will see you partner with Executives and Hiring Managers across a key portfolio, where you will proactively develop strategies to acquire top talent and be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle.  In addition to this, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting leaders to build capability across the business and create a positive employee and candidate experience.

We are excited about you because you have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources/business and/or equivalent extensive experience and qualifications in similar organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience as an end-to-end generalist recruiter, ideally within the education sector
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong business partnering and influencing/negotiation skills
  • Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
