About the Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join us as the Senior Advisor, People and Capability as you will have a unique opportunity to support the development and achievement of our strategic goals.  As the Senior Advisor, People and Capability, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and delivery of organisational development initiatives that will ensure our culture aligns with our future direction and our people are developed and supported to work to their full potential.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have strong experience in implementing organisational development programs aimed at leadership skills, management capability and employee engagement.

You will have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth and timely outcomes of business priorities, together with:

  • Qualifications in Human Resource Management or Organisational Psychology (or related discipline);
  • Significant experience in a learning and/or organisational development role;
  • Demonstrated experience (or assisting with) developing and delivering corporate training and development frameworks;
  • Experience in (or assisting with) the design and delivery  of leadership and management development programs;
  • Ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying levels, in addition to the ability to influence to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Excellent presentation, training, facilitation, and program design skills;
  • Strong online and multi-media design skills;
  • Experience assisting in the development and implementation of culture transformation programs;
  • A professional and positive approach.
