Health and Wellness Coordinator - Bluewater Leisure Centre

Colac Otway Shire has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic sport and recreation professional to join the team at Colac’s Bluewater Leisure Centre. The recently re-furbished Centre boasts a 25m indoor heated pool, warm water pool, Splash pad, spa and sauna facilities, a fully equipped gymnasium, 3 group fitness rooms, a crèche and new 3 court sports stadium.

As a key member of the Centre Management Team, you will develop and coordinate the programming and operations of the Centre’s land based exercise classes, gymnasium programs, stadium bookings and suitable programs for various abilities and ages for the benefit of health, fitness and well-being. 

A key role of this position is the development and promotion of health and wellness programs which are accessible for all members of the community, with a focus on growth and increased participation.
