Would you like to help guide capital investment in one of Victoria's premier regional cities? Do you have a background in asset or project management?  In this newly created role, you will contribute to and provide specialist advice, modelling and reporting on strategic asset and capital investment supporting long-term forecasting across the City’s infrastructure portfolio including a broad range of new and renewal projects.

You will deliver proactive and timely analysis of project, asset and financial data to identify trends supporting quality decision making and improvement initiatives. You will also prepare modelling of long term asset requirements and implement an annual modelling review program.

To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrated understanding and experience in asset management, project management or a related field; financial principles and practices; and in methodology for successful implementation of systems and process improvements.

You will have highly developed and proactive analytical skills including the ability to identify key issues with a critical eye for detail; research, analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources; and provide relevant and value-adding analysis.

A satisfactory Police Record Check is required for this position.
