Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? In this newly created position, you will undertake business analysis and provide advice in a range of business and technical processes. You will ensure the effective planning, design, documentation and delivery of projects across the City and gain cooperation from stakeholders to achieve business change outcomes.
Undertaking reviews of processes and systems, identifying opportunities and designing solutions for improvement to business processes, documentation and systems for operational efficiency and continual improvement is a key aspect of the role.
You will organise and conduct stakeholder workshops to determine business requirements and preparing accurate, transparent, meaningful reporting and proposals to management.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in change management and project management in a complex organisational environment together with the ability to lead and motivate staff to introduce new business solutions.
Your ability to manage multiple demanding tasks with the capacity to function effectively and efficiently under pressure will be well regarded.
