About the role

Reporting to the Manager People and Organisation Development and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, this newly created role will provide strategic direction and oversight of leadership development and cultural change within the organisation.

You will develop and implement strategies to improve leadership capacity, employee engagement, talent management and recruitment. 

You will engage with all levels of the business to ensure employees are supported by learning initiatives, strong HR processes, and a culture that embodies the organisation’s values.

About you

You have significant and demonstrated cultural change experience in a large organisation and a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement in leadership development and employee capability and engagement. 

You have a facilitative and collaborative approach and coaching ability that encourages trust, buy-in and commitment from all employees.

You are outcome oriented, with an excellent understanding of best practice engagement and talent management practices.
