Human Resources Business Partner

Our team of HR Business Partners empower our people to support them perform at their best and deliver the highest level of service to the community.

You will provide specialist advice on a range of HR matters, broker HR services, and ensure the resolution of all generalist HR matters is managed in accordance with Council policy and legislation.

Key attributes:

  • High level and significant experience working across all HR disciplines in a large, multi-function organisation. 
  • Background of identifying and implementing HR initiatives and solutions to help the business flourish.  
  • High level knowledge of recruitment, workforce planning and investigation processes.
  • Strategic view and long term vision.
  • Engaging and collaborative approach necessary to build influential business partnering relationships.
