Applications are sought for conscientious individuals to join a dynamic and supportive team in Recruitment & Workforce Transactions for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD). This is an exciting and challenging role undertaking staff establishment, advertising and recruitment functions for SESLHD, and requires you to develop and maintain excellent relationships with the hiring managers of the district.

What you'll be doing
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is committed to improving the care provided to our patients in line with our vision ofWorking together to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.
 
Undertake a range of high level administrative and user support services to enable the Recruitment & Workforce Transactions Team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner in relation to Recruitment, Position Maintenance and Employee Assignment Changes.

Selection criteria:

1. Demonstrated experience supporting the recruitment and staff establishment functions within a large scale organisation.
2. Demonstrated experience developing the capacity of managers/staff to align with best practice recruitment and staff establishment functions.
3. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to influence behaviour and manage client expectations across the organisation.
4. Demonstrated high level organisation and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and meet client needs.
5. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
6. Demonstrated commitment to providing a solution focussed service and the ability to apply initiative to continually improve outcomes.
7. Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Outlook and Excel), Human Resources Information Systems and electronic Recruitment systems.
8. Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
