Moreland City Council seeks a dynamic and engaging Human Resources Coordinator to join the growing team.
This integral position will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely to implement the Business Partnering Model for the team. The HR Coordinator will also be responsible for the day to day operations of the HR team.
The Human Resources Coordinator will focus on delivering key outcomes including the coaching and development of managers and staff, end to end change strategy, the integration of technological and business systems while developing and maintaining a high personal profile defined by integrity and trust.
This is a 12 month position to support the team as they transition through a significant period of change.

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent is required and extensive experience in a similar role within a complex organisation will be highly regarded.
