Reporting to the Director, City Infrastructure, you will drive continuous improvement with the City Infrastructure (CI) business. Our CI business includes Capital Works Planning and Delivery, Open Space and Street Cleansing, Roads, Fleet and Waste Services, Strategic Transport and Compliance and provides a combination of strategic and operational services.
This role is a dedicated resource for the City Infrastructure business and will work back with the corporate Continuous Improvement team to ensure alignment of approach and best practice methodologies.
You will partner with the business to help shift the culture to one that embraces a continuous improvement and focuses on understanding, documenting and improving the business. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to build broad relationships and partnering with leaders and teams to solve problems with tangible outcomes measured.
For both roles, applicants will have a demonstrated ability to achieve significant improvements whilst building the skills and knowledge of those within the organisation to embrace a continuous improvement culture.
Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, applicants will be experienced and proven Lean Practitioners with sound coaching and facilitation skills. With an ability to build solid relationships quickly, applicants will show resilience, have the energy and drive to make a difference and the appetite to lead significant pieces of work across the organisation and within City Infrastructure.
