Moreland City Council seeks a dynamic and engaging Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the growing team for a maximum term role February 2019.

The HRBP will also focus on delivering key outcomes including the coaching and development of managers and staff, end to end change strategy, the integration of technological and business systems while developing and maintaining a high personal profile defined by integrity and trust. A strong background in ER/IR is highly desirable. 

This is a true generalist role which will best suit individuals who are excited by collaboration, bring fresh ideas to the table and who want to work to build a responsive, proactive and progressive human resources service within Council.

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent is required and extensive experience in a similar role within a complex organisation will be highly regarded.
