ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Manager Human Resource Operations, this role will require you to lead and empower the team of 8, including the HR Business Partners and OHS / Health and Wellbeing Advisors.

To ensure success in this role, we are seeking a professional with proven background in both HR and OHS, who is engaging, articulate and has exceptional stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills. You will be well versed in legislative requirements across both HR / OHS and demonstrate strategic foresight coupled with operational agility. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong customer service values and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You are highly regarded for your ability to be solution focussed and ability to shape policy, drive improvement activities across the employee life cycle, deliver end to end case management and effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders (staff, unions, industrial advisors, legal practitioners, WorkCover insurers and Worksafe).
