Talent Acquisition Specialist - SA/QLD

Good things are happening at Coles! We are excited to be bringing our Talent Acquisition (TA) team back in-house this year – here is your opportunity to be part of our growing team!    

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, this role will collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders on all Retail Leadership recruitment needs.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • 5+ years’ proven recruitment experience, preferably working in either an internal recruitment function or RPO within a large corporate  environment
  • strong experience in business partnering and influencing at senior levels
  • experience in talent pipelining for future needs
  • previous ATS experience, preferably PageUp
  • strong ability in building and maintaining candidate and stakeholder relationships
  • outstanding communication
  • strong knowledge of industry best practice processes with a focus on continuous improvement and simplification

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • offer high touch relationship management of candidates, People & Culture Business Partners and hiring managers
  • work with Sourcing Specialists to deliver customer focused recruitment strategies to attract and retain the right talent at the right time
  • manage end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering a great customer and candidate experience
  • provide recruitment advice to hiring managers throughout the process and in planning for future needs
  • proactively source and pipeline candidates utilising appropriate channels to market (i.e. LinkedIn, database search, Seek etc.)
  • assist with recruitment across portfolios  when required to ensure hiring manager and key stakeholder satisfaction
