The City of Stonnington is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our People & Culture Department, where you will be supported in a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Our newly created Recruitment Officer position will be responsible for coordinating and administering the recruitment and selection process across the organisation, work closely with fellow team members and recruiting managers to achieve high value recruitment and selection outcomes and process pre-employment checks. 

Additionally, this position will be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR advice, Enterprise Agreement interpretation, end of employment processes and gathering management and establishment information for reporting and analysis purposes. 

The successful applicant will have experience in coordinating and administering end to end recruitment and selection processes, knowledge and experience in providing advice in regards to HR matters and the ability to work constructively with senior management.
