We have an exciting opportunity for a generalist People and Culture Advisor with ER/IR experience to join our People and Culture Department on a full time basis, located at our modern and sustainable Malvern office.
This is a diverse position where you will have the opportunity to use and extend all of your HR skills as you provide internal HR advisory services across all levels of Council employees. The areas of responsibility include ER/IR, recruitment, PD development, policy development and the effective management and resolution of workplace issues.
Within a very friendly and supportive team, you will have substantial accountability and authority to identify and research matters relating to the role’s Key Responsibilities and Duties and use your discretion to prioritise work and make decisions.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated ability to positively contribute to the team, including exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to establish productive relationships with key stakeholders in all levels and areas of Council.
