We are looking for a passionate and experienced Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) specialist to join our People Department (HR) and play a critical role in a transformation piece at our organisation.
This newly created 2 year, full time position will lead the development of key diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with all of our teams, this position has a strong practical element, taking ideas and transforming them into action. With an initial focus on gender equality you will make an immediate impact and help deliver our promise to positively transform our culture in the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) space.
For this critical role, we’re looking for a candidate with:
• A passion for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Demonstrated Inclusion & Diversity qualifications and experience Skills in planning, co-ordinating and prioritising a demanding workload, along with demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative
• Demonstrated knowledge and capacity to develop, lead and implement evidence-based workforce diversity and inclusion initiatives through gathering and analysing data
• Highly developed understanding of social justice and inclusion principles with experience in producing high level strategic plans and policies
• Strong collaboration skills with successful experience in partnering with stakeholders to drive transformational change and achieve business objectives
