As a Training Compliance & Information Officer within a busy Customer Service team, you will be part of the Customer Operations leadership team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
• You will be responsible for the customer service induction training, provide technical and system training to the broader organisation, and ensure information and procedures are accurate and up to date. You will support the quality assurance program to identify best practice and improvement opportunities.
• In addition you will coordinate the staffing roster within customer operations with the support of the Customer Service Team Leaders
• From time to time, you may be required to support the team with phone and administration support.
