About the role
We have a newly created opportunity available for an experienced and dedicated Workplace Relations Manager to join us in our Melbourne or Sydney office. We are seeking a leader in Workplace Relations delivery, subject matter expertise and operational efficiency capability to support the Head of Workplace Relations & People Risk in steering Bupa’s workplace relations approach to outcome.
This role will be responsible for developing bargaining planning, leading and co-leading bargaining where appropriate, industrial case escalation and advice, and will have the capability to influence beyond direct areas of control, and manage complex relationships and stakeholders internal and external to Bupa.
This is a truly dynamic environment that would see you lead the development and implementation of a diverse range of frameworks, systems, processes and practices in relation to terms and conditions of employment, consultation, dispute prevention and settlement, negotiation and bargaining.

You will be/have:-
- Senior level consultancy, advisory and / or management experience, inclusive of a demonstrable set of achievements in workplace relations in a large and complex organization.
- Significant experience in industrial bargaining.
- Proven capability of effective functioning across a matrix organisation.
- Demonstrable and substantial experience in the successful support, development and implementation of workplace relations strategies, frameworks, systems, and processes.
