Who we are

At Darebin City Council we are undergoing a significant cultural change in the way we design and deliver core business - technology, governance, finance, communications and the customer experience.

Who you are

You are someone who continually searches for ways to do things even better. You see every day as a chance to test yourself and those around you to create and deliver excellence and impact. If you are an experienced and creative thinker who is primed for a challenge, has the hunger to lead from the front and wants to contribute to a community and organisation that proudly values social inclusions, sustainability, engagement and service excellence, look no further.

Are you passionate about enabling organisations and people to achieve their goals and help to shape the future?

Can you foster collaborative relationships at all levels, ensure alignment of organisational strategies, programs and tools align with business needs; enhance business outcomes, build capacity; engage talented employees and support cultural change?

You will have a tertiary qualification in human resources and an extensive learning and development background, be an excellent communicator and facilitator and be able to work closely with stakeholders to assess organisational needs, create and deliver solutions, programs and content, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
