You have a tertiary qualification in HR or a similar field with a minimum five years of high-level leadership and business experience and an outstanding track record in leading a team of professionals to deliver high quality, contemporary, human-centric solutions.

You will work across the organisation at all levels to drive and develop Council’s strategic People, Culture and Safety strategies in line with Council Plan goals.
