Our Client

Our client is a well-established Resources firm based in the CBD and they’re currently seeking an Enterprise Bargaining Specialist to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Description

Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will Include, but not limited to; 

• Extensive Enterprise Bargaining negotiations
• Liaising with Unions and building productive and effective working relationships
• Filing and implementation of a number of EBA’s across Regional WA
• Working closely with the HR and Legal team to ensure successful outcomes
• Provide IR & ER leadership and guidance to the local and regional Site Managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
• Drive a collaborative and harmonious working environment
• Travelling to regional sites for collective negotiations and implementations of EBA’s
• Interpret all relevant modern awards, legislations and regulations

Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have; 

• Tertiary qualified, ideally within Industrial Relations or Human Resources
• Confident communicator at all levels of seniority
• Prior IR / HR experience, ideally within the heavy industries sector
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to travel extensively across Regional WA
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards and regulations
