We are a specialist boutique recruitment Agency operating in different industry sectors across Australia and New Zealand. We are very focused on achieving great outcomes for our clients and candidates in all the different industry sectors in which we operate. We have a small team of talented, fun, supportive and driven Recruitment Consultants in our office in Spring Hill.

About The Role

To support the team we are now in the market for an exceptional 'Resourcer' (Support Person) with the right attitude, desire to excel and drive to make a difference to what we do. Some of the things that this role will encompass includes - but is not limited to:

  • Communicating and engaging with active and passive candidates at all levels
  • Talent sourcing
  • Writing and posting job ads across various sites
  • Supporting the consultants with various admin tasks
  • Updating articles and jobs on various Social Media platforms
  • Perform some basic Marketing tasks to generate greater client and candidate engagement
  • General office duties
  • Contributing the positive work culture in the office

About you

If you can perform the the role to a high level, we don't care what type of background you come from but the role would definitely suit a recent Uni graduate with qualifications in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Business. We do need you to work hard but we also want you to have the personality to fit within our friendly, dynamic and fun team and hence, we are after a particular type of person:
