The Performance Management Specialist role exists to ensure effective and efficient monitoring, reporting and implementation of continuous improvement plans across activities undertaken by the Zone Service & Operations team.

A key requirement is to ensure that performance of all IT and Business Process Services is continually monitored, assessed for opportunities with action plans established to meet or exceed all agreed performance targets through management of an effective continuous improvement framework.

Driving awareness and delivery of agreed continuous improvement plan outcomes across the Service and Operations team and identified gaps in the operations of key third party vendors will be a key deliverable for the Performance Management Specialist.

Accountable for the creation, maintenance and implementation of the Service & Operations business rhythms calendar, they will ensure alignment to relevant Zone and Global reporting and business rhythm requirements.

This role acts as the primary point of co-ordination and monitoring for activities related to delivering required performance standards outlined in the Operations Pillar of the Solutions Excellence Program.
