About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager Learning and Development, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation to identify learning needs, design engaging learning materials and development plans, coordinate training sessions, and assess the effectiveness of our learning initiatives.  You will be our in-house expert on our Learning Management System, optimising and continuously improving the setup and maintaining the system.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • managing the Learning and Development inbox and providing support and advice to all employees
  • owning the Learning Management System and maintaining the relationship with the LMS supplier
  • providing advice to leaders on L&D policies, programs and practices
  • evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Proven experience in learning and development coordination or a similar administration role
  • Previous experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) will be highly regarded
  • Extensive Administration and systems/IT experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and with external suppliers
  • Ability to work independently while also being an integral part of a high-performing team.
