An exciting opportunity exists for an early career organisational development professional with a strong interest in using your well- developed administration and technical skills to support education and training, leadership development, change initiatives and event planning programs of work for the Organisational Development and Capability team.

What you'll be doing

You will have a commitment to teamwork, the ability to work autonomously and a curiosity to learn and grow through new experiences and be supported a large, experienced and dedicated team. Your role will assist the district to implement broad strategies in areas such as diversity, inclusion and belonging, leadership, culture change, reward and recognition and employee experience. You are encouraged to use your solid interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving ability, networking and influencing capability and understanding of the health system to help you deliver on a range of important projects.
