The Opportunity

The HR Business Partner will report to the Team Lead People and Culture and support the organisation in a number of business critical people, culture and growth improvement initiatives.

A hands-on role, you will be key in delivering a human resources framework and high performance culture through a number of key areas including:

  • Culture and Engagement;
  • Change Management;
  • Employment and Industrial Relations; and
  • Talent Acquisition

Your Experience

In this influential role, you will deliver on day-to-day HR matters as they arise. This position has a strong focus on setting the business up for rapid growth plus improving the performance of the business through their people. To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation;
  • A proven ability to work across all disciplines of the business and have shown resilience, creativity and problem solving ability throughout your career;
  • HR Generalist experience, with proven industrial and employment relations knowledge; and
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills utilising your experience in training, coaching and leadership development across a broad range of skills and abilities.
