The Workforce Planner is key in creating an array of operational rosters across our exciting 24/7 business, ensuring the rosters are compliant, efficient and the most productive for the business.

A dynamic and fast paced role where you hold the cards

This 12 month maternity leave role will see you partnering with a selected business portfolio to create, develop and maintain a rostering process.  You will provide input and advice on roster patterns, the labour mix and be proactive in your approach when consulting with managers on forecasting roster requirements. With the ability to work within the bounds of the Enterprise Agreement, Company policies and procedures you will support and advise your managers to ensure staffing budgets are met. 

Previous experience in rosters and resourcing in a high volume organisation is essential for success in this role.  Ideally with a tertiary qualification in business or HR, previous experience in gaming and hospitality will be advantageous.  Career minded professionals with an appetite for new opportunities should be interested in this role.
