About the Role
As Senior People Business Partner you will be responsible for providing high level specialist workforce management consultancy and services to management, including executive leaders, across a portfolio of diverse corporate functions and teams.

As HR Business Partner you will provide strategic and operational advice, issues resolution and solutions on complex and sensitive workforce related matters, programs and strategies, contributing significantly to the achievement of corporate business objectives and the successful implementation of corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate People Manager in the provision of strategic human resources advice and workforce management consultancy services
  • In partnership with business stakeholders and relevant organisational change leads, develop workforce management plans
  • Provide advice, reports and recommendations to corporate senior management on human resource strategies
  • Review monthly and quarterly reports of ongoing projects
  • Provide specialist advice, expertise and insights on human resources related information, policies and strategies
  • Partner with corporate business senior leaders to coach and influence managers
  • Provide regular and specific purpose reporting on workforce analytics to corporate business managers, including analysis of data and performance assessment of workforce related programs, identifying issues and recommending
  • Provide specialist and confidential advice on the management of complex employee relations
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance

Your Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner
  • Significant experience providing specialist human resources consultancy at a senior level to a diverse portfolio of businesses through a business partnering model.
  • Highly developed applied knowledge of HR related legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience operating at a senior manager level
  • Workforce management experience including workforce planning to ensure quality support, Talent planning, pipelining and costs
  • Must have experience working in large organisations either private or government
  • Degree qualification in related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Class C driver’s licence with the capacity to travel for business purposes as required.
