As a newly formed Council, Norfolk Island Regional Council is seeking a suitably qualified and motivated individual with previous WHS experience to identify, develop, coordinate, implement and maintain NIRC Work, Health and Safety programs, practices and principles in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
You will have high level interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with relevant stakeholders and a WHS / Risk Management or similar certification at Certificate III or higher. You will also have relevant experience in a related field preferably in Local Government.
All NIRC Salary Rates are currently the subject of an Enterprise Bargaining process and are therefore subject to a potential change.
