Senior HR advisor

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to make a significant impact in an exciting permanent role? We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our client who are an esteemed energy service provider located in the heart of Perth CBD.

As the Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's success by spearheading strategic HR initiatives and providing expert guidance to their talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce
• Manage HR reporting and analysis, using data-driven insights for decision-making
• Talent and succession management
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, remuneration and career development
• Oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
• Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and vibrant workplace culture

To be successful, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; HR certification preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, including exposure to Power BI
• 8-10 years experience in HR or similar role, with a focus on strategic HR management
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
